EXTREMELY RARE Early Paramount Records, 12425, Mono
Be on the lookout this week for rare LP's from Sweet Melissa Records! Early Paramount single from the Texas-born guitarist and singer-songwriter, Blind Lemon Jefferson, whose remarkable popularity among the Southern black community made the label one of the most successful in 1920's blues.Dead wax: matrix numbers on both sides. Black label with eagle logo. Vinyl is in fair to good condition; there are someminor scratches and scuffs on this record. If you are looking for a mint copy of this record, this is not the copy to purchase. Expect to hear some noticeable surface noise on playback.
