Black Sabbath - Master Of Reality. ( UK 1971 Vertigo swirl original 100% complete . Inner and poster !..WITHDRAWN very first pressing !.." sweet life " ). Incredibly rare very first pressing of Sabbaths doom laden classic.....the withdrawn release with " Sweet Leaf " erroneously printed on the rear cover as " Sweet Life ".. this is an ex record reviewers own personal copy so it would be one of the very first off the pressing plant... 100% complete with original six panel MATT finish poster and swirl inner bag.....( later posters were larger , thinner and glossy finished )....Original box style embossed letters laminated cover is in beautiful shape..this fragile unique design is usually found with extensive laminate blistering and flattened spines nowadays but this one has neither....spines are almost 100% straight and there is only one miniscule laminate blister..the flap is perfectly intact also. All edges are lovely and crisp. So unusual to find one as nice as this. And to top it all off it is the mega rare withdrawn " Sweet Life " misprint with the DARK PINK lettering ( all other pressings were purple )....a very very strong EXCELLENT PLUS. Correct black and white swirl inner is present. Black square round the swirl logo. No rips or tears. EXCELLENT. Iconic Vertigo swirl labels are perfect. No spindle lines whatsoever. EXCELLENT PLUS. Medium weight vinyl lies flat and true on the platter. Playing surfaces gleam like new !.... Obviously this record has only been played two or three times !...difficult to find any flaws at all....only when held against a spotlight can I see tiny traces of sleeve removal...it's that good !....Sound quality is wonderful as well. Dynamic , musical. Easily the finest way to hear this classic. No nasty pops or clicks at all during playback. Very quiet. Some would say MINT .... but I will grade it a very conservative EXCELLENT PLUS. The always missing poster is present. Original six panel , Matt finish. Heavy gauge. It has been on a wall and there are tiny tape traces on the corners. But it is perfectly clean with NO rips , tears , stains or writing. EXCELLENT. Don't miss this one off Sabbath rarity....there are VERY FEW in existence now.....especially in this glorious shape.....Dealer and collector since 1974. Any questions please get in touch . Thanks. In the final photo it shows the common dark purple coloured lettering cover at top with this very rare withdrawn dark pink / " Sweet Life " cover beneath it just to highlight the stark difference . Very very scarce this one ...VERY MUCH rarer than Led Zeppelin turquoise lettering which sells for similar price and you see several on eBay any and every day ........ how many of these pink " sweet life " Sabbaths do you see ??......first one Iv ever had in 40 years !.....
