Condition: This 7" single comes in a FONTANA company sleeve and i would grade the vinyl NEAR MINT. (There is a name written faintly on the left side of the FONTANA label on the 'A' side - please message me for a picture of this.
Info: This is the Holy Grail for Black Sabbath collectors, the first single which sold no more than 300 copies when first released.
