Description
I'm starting to list a collection of about 200 lps and 45s put together by my wife between about 1969 and 1984. Few of these have been played more than 2 or 3 times as, generally, they were recorded to tape and then put away. About 75% are in Near Mint store bought condition and look as if they've just been purchased. They were usually bought within a few days of being issued so, not only are they in pristine condition, they're mostly first pressings. Plus the lps all have their original inner sleeves and any inserts. The collection has remained untouched in a cupboard at my wife's parents house since she moved out and got married in 1984. If I find any blemishes or faults with any of these records I will point them out. Even the slightest shelf wear is absent from many. If you require additional photos of anything please let me know.
This is a copy of the LP Sabotage by Black Sabbath first pressing UK issue from 1975 on NEMS 9119 001.
The matrix no.s are 9119001 1 Y // 2 and 9119001 2 Y // 2 with STERLING on both sides.
The heavy vinyl is in Near Mint condition with no visible blemishes at all . There is nothing that affects play.The labels are spotless with no stickers, writing, spindle marks or stains The printing on the label is grey on black.
The textured (on both sides) cover, printed by Robert Stace is in Near Mint condition. There are no tears, splits, dents, creases, stains, stickers or shelf wear. The cardboard is as clean and sharp as the day it left the printers.
The white poly-lined paper inner sleeve is in Excellent condition with just some faint ageing / browning to the edges.
In summary
, a near perfect copy of a 37 year old record. Other copies I've seen of this haven't survived well at all.
Comes from a smoke free home.
I ship in purpose-made strong cardboard mailers and I'm happy to combine multiple purchases to save postage costs.
