1975 UK first issue NEMS label 8-track LP with black & silver label design with 'Nems Records & Tapes' logo and catalogue number '9119 001'. Robert Stace textured picture sleeve and hidden track after 'The Writ'.
GRADING:
Cover - Excellent
Robert Stace textured pictured sleeve.
Light seam and spine wear.
Small corner dink at top left hand corner.
Plain inner sleeve has some browning along one side.
Record - Excellent
Matrix numbers are 9119001 1Y//1 ST & 9119001 2Y//2 ST
STERLING is stamped into the deadwax on both sides.
Catalogue number on label is NEMS 9119 001.
Silver and black NEMS labels.
Additional 31 second track played after The Writ where Bill Ward is playing piano and Ozzy is singing the lyrics Blow On A Jug. This was recorded at a very low volume and only appears on the 1st issues.
Our grading is based on the system used by Record Collector magazine as described below (We don't sell records with a grading of less than very good).
Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

Record will be sent in a cardboard cruciform record mailer with additional cardboard stiffeners for extra protection. The record is also placed in a protective polythene sleeve. The record/inner will be removed from the main sleeve to guard against any seam/spine damage during postage.
