Black Sabbath - S/T - 1970 USA - WHITE LABEL PROMO - Warner Bros. LP
Cover is VG+ with moderate corner wear and a 2" split top right corner. (see photos)
Cover surface is excellent front and back with a fully readable spine. The timing strip has fallen off and left zero residue on the cover. The timing strip is in NM condition.
Tough to grade this vinyl.
The vinyl itself is a solid NM- with zero spindle marks on the NM labels. Problem is there are imperfections in the vinyl itself on side one. I don't like the way these look, but they are obviously a manufacturing defect, not scratches or scuffs. They can only be seen under bright light, and disappear completely at different viewing angles. I couldn't get a good photo of them, but they do not affect playback at all.
My final grade is VG+ on the vinyl, but this is fundamentally a NM- or "Excellent" record.
