It went on to become a multi-platinum seller and its cover became iconic. The music tucked away inside that cover already was...
The copy up for auction is not too far from nearly mint condition. The promotion-only sticker affixed to the front of the cover remains intact and unmolested, and the cross-bearing creature (I hesitate to call it a woman, because it is clear that she has...changed...) reposed inside the gatefold is perfect. Almost too perfect - the dark effect of its unnatural aura can be felt while holding it in your hands and listening to N.I.B.!

This collector's grade promotional record has a few anomalies:
Although the cover lists "Wicked World" as the fourth and final track on side 2, it does not appear on the label nor is it on the record itself. 
The song N.I.B. retains Geezer Butler's bass solo lead-in, which was edited out on later pressings of this compilation.
On the cover, the track "Laguna Sunrise" is incorrectly listed as "Laguana Sunrise". It is spelled correctly on the label.
