Description
Original white label promo comes from the personal collection of the late great John Calley, former president of Warner Bros and Sony pictures studios. I can’t prove this to you so it is not factoring into the price at all. But I assure you that my old neighbor in Venice California went out with his step daughter and after he died my buddy helped with his estate and I had first dibs on a lot of his vinyl collection. Suffice it to say, he got a lot of promos and he rarely if ever listened to them.
This vinyl is NEAR MINT. Were it not for the brown discoloration on the b side label it would be 55 year old mint vinyl. It’s that good. I have compared it to my green label 71’ and this promo sounds better. It’s louder and the bass is stronger. Sounds like Ozzys in the room with you.
The jacket is up there with the best I’ve seen from a 71’ pressing. There’s almost no ring wear or rubbing on the front or back and the spine is beautiful except for a couple scuffs. There’s minor edge wear and corner wear but it’s very minor. Check the pics please.
