Description
Black Sabbath PARANOID Vinyl Album (1970)Serial No 6360 011
Vinyl has Matrix markings 1Y 1420 and 2Y 2420
Gatefold cover, corners showing slight wear and back cover shows the ring of the record outline (see pic).
I have had the album from new and my name MICHAEL ASHDOWN is written inside the cover where the record is placed.
Inside record cover has VERTIGO swirl on both sides. Again one side has my name written neatly at the top.
The record itself has SIDE A VERTIGO swirl with SIDE B indicating the tracks :
Side 1: WAR PIGS/PARANOID/PLANET CARAVAN/IRON MAN Side 2: ELECTRIC FUNERAL/*HAND OF DOOM/RAT SALAD/FAIRIES WEAR BOOTS
*HAND OF DOOM & RAT SALAD play as one track with no gap
Condition of record is good but not mint. I have played it recently using ION usb turntable (iT TUSB05) and viewed the results using AUDACITY software giving the following results:
Slight scuffs on WAR PIGS, PLANET CARAVAN and IRON MAN but moderate. There is also a slight noise at the end of the quiet passage on RAT SALAD.
I have tried to be as honest as possible with my review and I know that buyers are looking for different grades of quality at reasonable prices and as such will accept a return if you are not completely satisfied.
The record will be despatched inside a 12" Record Mailer with additional stiffeners for protection.
Postage will be a standard £5.00 Royal Mail second class but will entertain other requests such as signed for, insurance. Please contact me for more details on postage or other queries on this item.
