DESCRIPTION: Black Sabbath - Paranoid. Early 1970s UK pressing with 1Y2/2Y2 matrix, Vertigo swirl labels, reverse swirl inner and laminated gate fold sleeve. Packed this weighs just over 500gm so overseas postage is as for a double. Postage cost also includes full insurance and top quality packaging. This is a really clean copy- it was my own copy for years until a very recent upgrade. LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Vertigo 6360 011 YEAR OF RELEASE: 1970 COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): EX/EX. Vinyl is super clean with a great sheen. Visually this is better than EX. Played on my budget deck this morning. Sits perfectly flat on the turntable. Music is clear, clean, vibrant and loud. Even the most difficult tracks to find playing cleanly do very well on this copy. "Hand Of Doom" plays really clean and clear with only a brief trace of background sound about a minute in just before the music builds and becomes fuller and louder,. "Planet Caravan" has a trace of background sound at times and a few ticks, Cover is in great shape. It is firm and square and with less than light edge wear , light corner wear and light creasing. Spine retains nice shape, fully intact laminate and is fully ledgible. Really clean inside of gatefold. Really clean Vertigo swirl labels. Check out the photos. Reverse swirl inner is clean with light yellowing , light wear and no splits. Poly is fully intact and attached. No writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears. Really nice clean copy and a great sound. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE. EACH EXTRA SINGLE DISC LP IS ROUGHLY £1.75 TO EUROPE, £2.75 TO THE AMERICAS AND £3.25 TO THE REST OF THE WORLD.
