DESCRIPTION: Black Sabbath - Paranoid. 1st UK vinyl pressing with 1Y1 420 12 /2Y1 420 12 matrix, large swirl label, matt gate fold sleeve with no Big Bear credit and plain white inner. All postage costs include top quality packaging and tracking/signed for if available. . LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Vertigo 6360 011 YEAR OF RELEASE: 1970: COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): G+/G+. Vinyl is clean with a decent sheen, a lot of light brushing lines, some hairlines and surface lines. Played passages of this today on my budget deck. Plays around VG. Sits flat on the turntable. Plays through without jumps and sticks. It has some ticks and a trickle of background sound mainly in the usual quiet passages. "Planet Caravan" has some ticks but the music is loud and prominent throughout. . "Hand Of Doom" has a trickle of background sound and some ticks (repetitive at times) in quiet parts but again music remains prominent. Gate fold sleeve is in acceptable shape. It is firm and square and has heavy edge wear (moderate to nearly fully legible spine) but no splits , moderate to heavy corner wear and near moderate creasing. Near heavy rubbing to front and back of sleeve. Clean inside of gate fold with no faults. Clean Vertigo swirl labels- check out the photos. No writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears. PLEASE CHECK OUT MY OTHER SABBATH/PUNK/METAL/CLASSIC/HARD ROCK LISTINGS IN MY EBAY SHOP. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE. EACH EXTRA SINGLE DISC LP IS ROUGHLY £1.75 TO EUROPE, £2.75 TO THE AMERICAS AND £3.25 TO THE REST OF THE WORLD.
