**POSTER**
History... Master of Reality is the third studio album by English heavy metal band Black Sabbath, released in August 1971, by Vertigo Records. It is regarded by some critics as the foundation of doom metal, stoner rock, and sludge metal. Produced by Rodger Bain, who also produced the band's prior two albums, Master of Reality was recorded at Island Studios in London from February to April 1971. Guitarist Tony Iommi and bassist Geezer Butler downtuned their instruments during the production, achieving what Iommi called a "bigger, heavier sound".

The outer embossed cover box is in nice condition for age. Still has a glossy appearance, age wear / discolouration to corners, edges and outer film etc.
The protective inner is great, with no splits or tears, only some creasing and age discolouration.
The vinyl is a true first press, confirmed by the positioning and size of the large Vertigo swirl and Roger Bain credits! Has retained a nice glossy sheen in appearance and sits flat to the surface. Filler copy as has unfortunately seen better days, lots of surface marks/hair lines, visable non feelable scuff patches, and an ugly large deep score to side B.
Completing this set is a 'Master Of Reality' poster, in EXCELLENT condition with no splits or tears. Matt finish approx 46cm x 68cm folded into 6 sections. Dont have much dealings with these, hesitant to say its an original.
OVERALL AN INCREDIBLY RARE FIND - A MUST HAVE TO ADD TO YOUR MUSICAL COLLECTION!!
