Black Sabbath / Master Of Reality BS 2562 1971 Original U.S. Pressing w/Poster
This is a record I inherited from my uncle who was a record hoarder extraordinaire, he collected from the early sixties well into the late nineties. Many are sealed items. Since I have mostly gone digital and need to do some serious downsizing -items like this need to move.
This is a well cared for sealed copy of this cool Heavy Metal classic.
The NM or better cover is in nice straight shape overall and the shrink is in great shape with no rips. All the hallmarks to be seen on this tell that it is at least an early press and more than likely a green label 1st press. First clue is the embossed cover letters and the second is the font style of the cat. # on the upper left front. These came with posters and I can kind of tell from carefully squeezing the package that it does have a poster inside. It's no UK Vertigo but I have heard an Artisan mastered copy of Paranoid and that is a great sounding pressing, -Artisan mastered a LOT of WB material at the time so it is very likely a nice well preserved green label, there is a good chance it will have Artisan stamps in the deadwax. I can't guarantee anything other than it is an early pressing due to the cover clues.
