Description
Black Sabbath - Headless Cross
( 1989 IRS UK first pressing. Gimmick cover..inner . EIRSA 1002 ). Extremely rare even on CD now this cult album from Black Sabbath,s " forgotten " years. Here's an original vinyl ! . As per very first pressing run it has the gimmick glossy night sky clouds effect cover and of course the custom inner. Cover has tiny creases on perimeter edges . Opening edge nice and crisp. Very clean indeed. Very slight rubbing on top edge. EXCELLENT. Custom inner very nice and clean. EXCELLENT. Labels only show slight signs of use. EXCELLENT. Vinyl lies flat and true on the platter. Nice clean playing surfaces. Some light hairlines visible under spotlight from inner sleeve removal. ( cardboard inner ). Nothing intrusive. Fantastic dynamic audio. Nice and quiet " floor ". So visually NEAR EXCELLENT. Aurally EXCELLENT. An absolute must for die hard Sabbath collectors ! Gradings as per : Record Collector Grading System definitions. Dealer and collector since 1974. All photos are of actual item for sale. Please wait for my personal invoice with your exact postal charges before paying. Thank you. Any questions please get in touch. Gordon. NB: this is also the very first pressing " made in England " version. Later pressings were " made in the EU / EEC "
