Condition:
The original ‘patents pending’ Garrod & Lofthouse flip-back laminated sleeve is in excellent condition, with only minor shelf wear and bumping to the top left corner. The previous owner has neatly noted the recording date on the rear of the sleeve in black ink (‘Recorded: May 23 1958, New York’).
The white die-cut inner sleeve is in excellent condition.
The vinyl itself is in excellent condition with minor hairline and sleeve removal marks which do not affect play.
Both labels are in excellent condition. Side A features the ‘K T’ tax code and a sticker identifying the copy as a ‘Factory Sample - Not For Sale’.
In all, a very rare sample copy of this UK 1st pressing in excellent collectible condition throughout!
