Yes, this is one with the hand drawn back artwork. One-of-a-kind drawn by TOBACCO himself.
 
It's the 'Goin on a date with Sh'tay' game and you know you wanna play it.

These were only offered to something like 200 people who pledged to the BMSR Kickstarter a couple years ago. Super limited and extremely hard to find. Insanely rad. I've never seen another for sale and I don't know if I ever will. Hand drawn by TOBACCO. Brand new, still sealed, mint condition.
