Up for sale is this vintage DECCA Personality Series 78 featuring Bing Crosby & The Andrews Sisters. Each side of this record has 1 song. Side 1 is Mele Kilikmaka and side 2 is Papa Santa Claus. 1.All items are sold “AS IS” No warranty or liability is expressed or implied.
2.The buyer understands and agrees that: Shipping Insurance is not provided by default and must be requested. It is the buyers responsibility to let us know if they want Shipping Insurance on the item. Shipping Insurance cost is $2.00 for every $50 insured, in $50 increments. The buyer agrees that if no Shipping Insurance is purchased and the item has a confirmed tracking number and is not received or received damaged that no claim shall be brought against the seller.
3.We only ship to PayPal confirmed street addresses, no exceptions. No PO Boxes, APO, FPO or similar addresses.
4.The buyer agrees that the item fits the buyers purpose prior to bidding.
5.The buyer agrees that once we have delivered and shipped the item at USPS, UPS or FEDEX the item(s) delivery, handling, product damage, and non-delivery is the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the seller from any claims arising out of any conditions after the item has been delivered to the place of shipment.
6.The shipping price quoted is for the United States Only. All other locations will be charged extra. Out of country buyers must contact us for shipping quotes to your location.
7.The buyer agrees there will be no refunds for any reason.
