Mega Rare LP of Billy Taylor - A Touch of Taylor (Prestige 7001 - mono) Original 1950s yellow and black labels with 446 West 50th St New York address, deep groove, flat edge and RVG on both sides - NOT a current re-issue! Early session for pianist Taylor along with Earl May and Percy Brice in a rare classic that no serious jazz collector can be without.
The LP is in VG+ condition with marks that will make a bit of noise and with much if not most (or all) of the original shine - not for the audiophile, but still in pretty good shape for one of these - still, you will hear a bit of noise on this one. The cover is in strong VG+ condition with a bit of general age/shelf wear, but NO splits, NO tape, NO stickers, NO stamps. NOT perfect, but how many of these do you see anymore at any price?
The LP will be carefully packed using professional materials (over twenty years experience safely selling jazz LPs around the world).
