Description

Hello! You are looking at, listening to, and hopefully bidding on:

Billy & Sandra Stinson - The Merchant's Ship - LP - 1974(?) - NR 2924

side 1: pack your things / thief in the night / sheep / last masqurade / merchant's ship

side 2: arise and go / hungry / jerusalem / shepherd's song

-------------------------------------------------------

Rare and great Xian psychedelic folk LP out of North Carolina, private press, manufactured by NRP,

believed to be from 1974. Wonderful harmonies by the husband and wife duo, combined with mellotron, zither, dulcimer, and moog.

Jacket is VG++, as shown below. Very light ring wear on bottom, right about where the flash reflection is. And the front is printed

slightly off center, this appears to be how they all were printed. All seams are intact and corners are strong.

Vinyl plays VG. There are a few light marks, resulting in a low level of surface noise throughout, especially on some quiet transitions

and intros / outros of songs....a solid mid grade with clean labels. Far from the best copy out there, but definitely listenable

and enjoyable. I am listening through Koss Port-A-Pro headphones with the treble boosted for the most honest evaluation i can give.

Please listen to these 2 songs i put up, "Thief In The Night" and "Merchant's Ship" and decide for yourself!
