Here we have a rare one sided test pressing acetate record of Billy Fury's recording of 'In Summer' Catalogue number F11701 release date 19th July 1963.
The final finished copies had 'I'll never fall in love again' in the B side, but here the B side is totally blank. Overall the disc isnt in bad shape but acetates are notorious for not standing repeated plays, however this plays through quite nicely with no skips, jumps or sticks. Just the crackle and pop you would expect from a rare disc of this vintage. Might benefit from a professional clean but the jury appears to be out on this one as to the correct treatment for an acetate, so just left as is with only a damp wipe over. Lots of mild surface marks but no deep scratches or anything 'feelable'. Would display nicely as more of a collectible rather than a player.
