VERY SCARCE BILLY CHILDISH
7” VINYL SINGLE
“YOU ARE ALL PHONYS”
with
ETCHING
BY THE ARTIST ON B-SIDE
and b/w zerox insert
This was published to mark Billy’s inaugural show at
Aquarium Gallery in 2003, also entitled You Are All Phonys.
Attached to an edition of 100 signed and numbered copies -
the last of two without signatures held back by the gallery for archival
purposes and now released for sale as part of an ongoing clear out.
Track taken from a Buff Medways LP (probably 1914)
released around the same time.
PLEASE NOTE:
This record only has a title track as the B-side is given over to an etching by the artist Billy Childish.
The etching includes a self portrait along with the title of the record and Billy’s hangman’s gallows symbol.
