Front cover is in very good condition; minor crease in top right corner, light stain on the middle left, 1" split at bottom right corner by sleeve opening. Back cover is in very good condition with the exception of some writing on the left side and top. The writing is from my father, the original owner; his name address and possibly phone number at the time.
Side 1 has light scratches with possibly 1 significant scratch in the second track. Side 2 has very minor scratching but does have my dad's name written in the middle. I do not possess the correct tools to clean vinyl so I have made no attempt to clean either side.

I am not a record collector and have not had this appraised. I did my best to price it reasonably based on other listings on ebay and discogs.com. Please don't hesitate to make me a reasonable offer. My goal is to sell it to a good home that will appreciate it. I have a small attachment to it since it was my father's but my love for my wife outweighs that and she really wants a new front door so I am trying to raise the funds to pay for it.
