Description
04/14/2024 - NOTE: I was recently able to use a vinyl cleaner/washer which significantly improved the cleanliness & quality of the playback on this record. The revised grading is now updated in the description, etc. I have also updated the photos of the vinyl surface in the photos. The initial asking bid price has increased due to the improvement in quality and the album no longer is available for "Buy it Now".
To be completely transparent, my original description still remains below so that any prospective bidder can see where the improvements were made. Please feel free to message me with any questions. Thank you for your interest.
Bill Evans “Everybody Digs Bill Evans” Riverside Records 1959 1st pressing (# RLP 12-291 mono) in a cardboard sleeve. The record grading is Excellent (EX) with minimal surface noise. There are no scratches. The following is on the runout groove:

Side A): (etched) RLP-12-291-A

Side B): (etched) RLP-12-291-B
The outer case is Very Good Plus (VG+) with a ~2” split near the top of the spine. The top & bottom seams are excellent and have no splits. The back cover has some minor age wear. (all reflected in the photos). All sales final.
NOTE: This album will ship with the inner sleeve & record OUTSIDE of the cover as to prevent any possible seam damage to the cover during shipment. Both the album cover and the inner sleeve & vinyl will be contained within a plastic protective sleeve inside of the shipping box with padding on top & bottom. This item will also be insured for the full sale value at my cost.
OLD GRADING: The record grading is Very Good (VG). Side 1/track 1 has a smudge that creates ~25 second tick. Side 2/track 1 has mild crackling throughout. Overall, much of this album is lyrical, soft trio music that is beautiful, but will succumb to the occasional age “crackle”, yet does not affect listening unless noted above.
