Description


Bill Evans “New Jazz Conceptions” 1958 second pressing Riverside Records (# RLP 12-223 mono) in a cardboard sleeve. This is a deep groove pressing. The record grading is Very Good Plus (VG+). The album plays close to EX with only minimal background noise in softer passages. It’s very clean with no visible surface marks or scratches. The following is on the runout groove:


  • Side A): (etched) RLP-12-223-A-1 16 I

  • Side B): (etched) RLP-12-223-B-1 16 I


The outer case is Very Good only due to the spine being almost completely split except in the middle. Both covers are quite clean with minor age wear. The top seam has ~3” split at the opening; the bottom seam is VG+ with some minor wear. Overall, the cover is sturdy. (all reflected in the photos) All sales final.

NOTE:  This album will ship with the inner sleeve & record OUTSIDE of the cover as to prevent any possible seam damage to the cover during shipment. Both the album cover and the inner sleeve & vinyl will be contained within a plastic protective sleeve inside of the shipping box with padding on top & bottom
