Description
Highly sought after LP by Beverly Kenney - Sings for Johnny Smith. Original pressing on the deep blue deep groove Royal Roost label. Release number LP 2206. Mono recording. Bottom rim of label states Long Playing 33 1/3 rpm. Microgroove recording.
Manufactured in U.S.A. by Roost Records, Inc. NY. The label on one side only is slightly off center.
Vinyl still has the high gloss shine. Play graded at vg++. Very slight noise on lead in tracks from outer edge. Has a couple of
very light hairline marks but they play through beautifully with no noise. Cleaned on a VPI cleaner. The date 9-17-58 is in the trail
off track.
The cover is vg. No stickers or writing, but there is splits on both the top and bottom seam. Top seam split is about 4 inches wide
from the open side and the bottom is about the same. Probably could be decently repaired. The bottom left corner is also worn
with the paper gone from the very corner. My pictures are large and make these look a little exaggerated.
We ship worldwide and use record mailers with stiff cardboard inserts. This has a moderate reserve as we don't expect to fetch
what a near mint copy would.
