Description
From Germany, this is Ego Records 4004, Benny Bailey Serenade To A Planet, an original maroon label, stereo issue of this rare quintet session from 1976, featuring Ferdinand Povel, Joe Haider and Kenny Clarke. The record is in near mint condition showing almost no signs of wear and playing quietly throughout. The cover has it's original shrink wrap attached but has some light creasing on the open edges. The labels are near mint with no spindle marks. A superb collector's grade copy of this classic, hard to find original issue. The record was cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12. This is part of a large Jazz record collection I will be listing over the next few months. Please check our other listings. We discount shipping for multiple orders. Thanks for looking.
