Description
Bennie Green
"With Art Farmer"
Product
Record Grade: VG
Visible surface wear with several light scratches and light marks. That said, this record plays VG+, it sounds incredible. There is the occasional surface noise, particularly during quiet sections (bass and piano solos), but this is an extremely enjoyable listen and plays mostly quietly throughout. This is very much the original 1956 flat edge pressing, with RVG and the "P" in the runouts. WOW!
Cover Grade: G+
It appears to be very common with this record to have shelf wear on the front cover, this version is no different. Some paper is missing on front (see picture). The back has staining and a small taped section in the top right. Also has a "Jazz" stamp from original store. Spine is in good shape.

Grading Scale
All records are visually graded under a very bright light. Will play grade on request. Please reach out if you have any specific questions regarding an auction item
NM
Appears unplayed and will bear no marks, sleeve scuffs, or scratches. This grade is very rarely used.
VG++
May have one or two visible imperfections (i.e. sleeve scuffs, faint scratches, or other superficial marks) that will not affect play.
VG+
A few visible imperfections. These may include sleeve scuffs, light scratches, or other superficial marks.
VG
Same imperfections found on VG+ records but in slightly greater numbers. Records graded VG and above will typically not have any scratches that are deep enough to be felt with a fingernail.
VG-
A number of visible imperfections; the presence of a considerable number of light scratches will force a VG- grade, as will the presence of significant isolated defects such as scratches deep enough to be felt with a fingernail.
G
Pervasive imperfections of varying degrees including both light scratches and scratches deep enough to be felt with a fingernail. G+ and G- are used to indicate stronger and weaker copies within this range
