Here are the 3 boxed sets of the Beethoven Vegh Quartet on the Early, Middle and Late editions. These records are NM or M- though the boxes themselves are less than perfect, as noted below. Keep in mind that for their age these boxes are not bad at all. I barely use these and want to lighten my collection so am putting up some high quality records, such as these. Otherwise I would not sell them, as Vegh are considered the best, especially the Late String Quartets. I bought these from reputable dealers on here. I understand they are West German pressings produced by Valois (see labels if your German is better than mine see pics). These are stereo recordings. Paypal only. Guaranteed not to be DOA. You will never find a deal like this here on Ebay.
- Early String Quartets 6.35042-1 1974 3 LPs, NM to M- West Germany pressing,Telefunken. Produced by Valois. Op. 18 Nr. 1-6 box has seam lose on back panel, a crease and rubbing at top right corner.
- Middle String Quartets SPA 25096-T/1 1973 3 LPs, NM to M- West Germany pressing,Telefunken. Produced by Valois. Op. 59, 1-3 "Rasumowsky-Quartette" Op. 74, Op. 95. Box has scuffs/rubbing and wear to corners and crease.
- Late String Quartets 6.35040-1 1973 4LPs, NM- 4LPs, West Germany pressing,Telefunken. Produced by Valois. Op. 127, 130, 131, 132, 133, 135. Box has scuffs/rubbing and wear to top right corner. Booklet is missing.
Sleeves are ok or VG and include originals and suitable replacements where necessary.
These records are HEAVY so $12 is the lowest I can go. Please note shipping is extra and this is for the 48 States only.
