Offered up for auction here is a rare dbx encoded Nautilus SuperDisc, The Bee Gee's "Spirits Having Flown" LP. I already have one copy of this exact lp I listen to, and it is amazing! In my opinion this blows away the cd version of this album. I ended up with this sealed copy because I was going to turn a friend on to dbx records, and it never happened. His loss your gain. These recordings have so little to no surface noise, so you will have to watch your startup volume!!
This album is still factory sealed, and I will include a clear plastic sleeve for the cover for extra protection.
Sticker on the back says "real time mastered at IAM Studios, Irvine, CA". The Nautilus SuperDiscs are 1/2 speed mastered and pressed on virgin vinyl.
Note>>>>> You do need a DBX disc decoder to listen to this record!!!!!!!!!!! No decoder = thin bright unlistenable sound!!!! But I will say once you try a dbx record on your system, well it won't be the last one you buy!! No special cartridge is needed, but a good quality one is a must have. If you need a dbx decoder let me know, I have a model 21 available which is all you need. This is an excellent album to get hooked on dbx recordings!!
