Description
Bee Gees – Odessa 2-LP RARE red felt gatefold 1969 Polydor 582 049/50 mono
This was the Bee Gees' only double LP release and was their crack at a Sgt Pepper-like concept album.
Hard to find these days in the original red felt gatefold issue. This sleeve is in Very Good condition with some minor corner wear, one 4cm seam split top right on the opening gatefold, and some minor wear on the first gatefold opening edge.
The vinyl has some marks and scuffs on both LPs, but none of the scratches are feelable or deep, and both play through fine without any skips or jumps. There are some tics at one or two points and a little surface noise during quieter passages.
All four labels are Excellent – and this is the first press with original A1/B1/A3/B1 matrices.
Poly-lined inners are both in decent order. Rare item for Bee Gees / Sixties collectors.
