Description
Shrink-Wrapped copy of the 2 LP Set by the Bee Gees from 1969 on Atco Records with the original inner-sleeves. This has the original cover which use to be called red velvet but is more accurately called red flocked. Reviewers hated this set when it was first issued in 1969, but upon retrospection, is now considered one of the group's finest of the 60s with some reviewers giving it 5 out of 5 stars.
Still housed in shrink, the original cover has no seam splits, a lovely spine, and overall, a very clean appearance. Of course, there is the light impression on the cover from the records inside,and some light rubbing on part of the gold....I would grade this at least 8 out of 10...I don't know that there even could be a 10 possibility since I've seen still sealed copies and they also have that cover impression.
Using a 100 watt bulb to grade by, the vinyl grades at least 8 out of 10. I played part of each side and the sound is crisp and clear with some light surface noise. Labels are near mint. Questions?? Please email me.
