Here we have a rare and original release Near Mint copy of 'Carry On Up The Charts - The Best Of The Beautiful South' released on the Go! Discs label in 1994.
This copy was previously un-played but has now been test-played to determine quality and catalogue any faults: There are 4/5 minor ticks on Track 6 Side 1 and a little surface noise between some of the tracks (bear in mind I was listening on headphones), but otherwise plays with no problems.
Sleeve is in great condition with four or five very minor creases to the spine and a small scuff to the top edge. In general it looks in great, almost pristine, condition.
Copies of this have been sold recently on Discogs for in excess of £300, but I have priced to bear in mind the few ticks and between tracks surface noise.

The vast majority of the records I am selling are un-played and have been stored since original release. I am listing them as Mint/Un-played as that is exactly what they are, but will test-play any item ordered to determine the quality of individual items and report back on any imperfections before despatch. Picture discs from the eighties and nineties have a history of questionable sound quality- particularly of sibilance on 'sss' sounds on vocals - compared to their black vinyl counterparts and I would prefer all prospective purchaser to be fully aware of this.
