Description
The time has come for me to part with my 50 year old Beatles collection. This collection consists of LP's, 45's, picture sleeves, EP's, 12" singles, picture discs, sealed LP's, test pressings, acetates, promos, box sets, and CD's from the US and the UK. The collection also includes vinyl and CD's from John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Ringo Starr, and Apple artists. There are numerous rarities in this collection. The vast majority of the vinyl is in NM- to NM condition; I tried not to acquire anything with a grade below that, or attempted to upgrade, although a few of the extremely hard to find items I was unable to upgrade and will have a grade below that. If you are a Beatles collector, be sure to bookmark me as the vinyl I'll be listing will surely be of interest. Here we go; a splendid time is guaranteed for all.
The Beatles-"Meet The Beatles!" LP, Capitol ST-2047, released in 1964. This is a second press Stereo copy, with all the songs having "ASCAP" publishing credits except for "I Want To Hold Your Hand", which has the "BMI" credit. Vinyl, VISUALLY graded by Goldmine standards, is in VG+ condition; each side has several very light, non-feelable marks. Both sides retain their full gloss. Cover is in VG condition, with some general age wear, nothing severe, and a little writing on the back. Includes the original blue inner sleeve with a partial bottom split. splits except for tiny ones inside the gatefold and at the top right corner. Iconic LP, in the much scarcer Stereo format, in overall very nice condition.
