Beatles for Sale PCS 3062 1st Pressing
THE BEATLES Beatles For Sale (Rare first pressing 1964 UK 14-track STEREO vinyl LP on the black and yellow Parlophone label with 'The Parlophone Co' and 'Recording First Published' text. The matrix numbers are stamped YEX 142-1 & YEX 143-1 indicating that this was one of the first 2000 copies pressed! The side 1 center label has the KT tax code stamped in. Side 1 mother stampers are 4GH, and side 2 mother stampers are 2MT. The MT is a little crooked, and the side 1 stamper originally was stamped YEX 143-1 a 2 was put over the 3. There is one other reported incident with the same 4GH stamper.

I have included supersized images for you to scrutinize condition.
The vinyl itself I would visually grade at VG +. There are very minor scuffs in the dead wax, and a couple very very minor light surface scratches on the bands.
The labels themselves have no writing or tears whatsoever. There are some very light spindle marks and that is it.
The cover have no tears whatsoever. There are some bent corners, and the bottom right corner does have a slight crease. I would also note that the inside of cover is still glued together which is hard to find since the vinyl was kep in the back part of gatefold cover. There is a name written in pen in the inside top right cover Monica Stuman, other than those things I would grade this cover VG+.
Please note that the original Emitex sleeve is not included. However they are a dime a dozen and much easier to find than a first pressing of this record.
