This is for a 3rd state cover that really has a good job removing it done. The circular rings you see is the adhesive used on the 2nd state cover to cover the original cover seen here.


Please look at pics. The sleeve is VG - it holds together but has its share of a few seam splits happening but no tape. The Vinyl plays VG and looks VG-
