Description
You are bidding on a Vinyl Release of The Beatles 1969 Soundtrack album, “Yellow Submarine.” This classic album was originally released in 1969 on the Apple label, and this item appears to be an original issue from 1969. This is an import (Canada), and is issued as Apple SW 153
We purchased this item in the 1960’s, and it has been sitting in our home (vertically) for the last few decades.
The LP is in VG+ condition. Being over 55 years old, it looks quite nice. The album Jacket shows some wear. There is wear around the corners, (see photos), a “cut out” punch in the bottom left of the front cover. On the rear cover, at the top, some of the submarine in the drawing has worn off. These “flaws” are shown in the last photos included in this posting.
Please remember that this album was well taken care of, but it was played as part of our record collection decades ago. Please see Photos.
This LP contains many Beatles classics, including “Yellow Submarine,” “All You Need Is Love,” “and four great songs that never made it onto previous Beatles’ albums,” “Only A Northern Song,” “All Together Now,” “Hey Bulldog,” and “It’s All Too much.” Side two is very nice George Martin Instrumental compositions.
