Parlogram is delighted to have been commissioned to sell one of the largest collection of Beatles vinyl to come onto the market for many years.

This once-in-a-lifetime collection comprises over 2,000 LPs, 1,000 45s/EPs & many box sets from virtually every country/territory where Beatles records were released.

All records will be sold exclusively on Ebay in auction format only (no 'Buy It Now' offers please) and WITHOUT RESERVE.

Due to the number of discs listed each week, gradings are visual only. However we are happy to provide audio grades on request.

We're switching continents this week with LPs from South Africa & Southern Rhodesia



THE BEATLES - 'YELLOW SUBMARINE'
Here are South African 1st & 2nd STEREO pressings on the Parlophone label: PCSJ 7070

The 1st pressing is on a unique green & silver Parlophone label, used exclusively for this issue

The 2nd pressing is on the standard black & silver label

Both have the same locally cut matrices: YEX 715 & YEX 716

Vinyl weights: 145g & 149g

Both are housed within identical front laminated, bi-flipback stereo covers, printed in South Africa


CONDITION

1st pressing

Disc: VERY GOOD +

Little played with light hairlines beneath halogen light, but nothing of any significance.

Cover: GOOD

General age/storagwear with some missing laminate to the front panel


2nd pressing

Disc: VERY GOOD +

Again, little played with just wispy paper-type hairlines from the inner-sleeve beneath halogen light.

Cover: VERY GOOD

Much cleaner but again with some missing laminate to the front panel
