The Beatles - White Album, limited edition white vinyl from France.
Vinyl is near mint--it looks like it's never been played. The hype sticker is intact, and the poster and pictures look great. I don’t think the poster has been unfolded.
This and the UK import white vinyl I have for sale are both truly rare--it seems that every single record on ebay is marketed as "rare" these days, but this fits the bill.
It’s a beautiful copy, great for collectors. I inherited this from my late father, and it appears he never played it.
Flaws--vinyl (in short: none)
I looked closely under a light and didn’t see any scratches, lines, nothing. The vinyl appears to be perfect. I'll call it NM ("mint" is a very tall order). Overall, it looks awesome.
Flaws: Cover:
I don’t generally grade covers, but this one has some dings on the corners, and a couple of creases on the top/bottom-right. You can see specifics in the pictures. I am not an expert, but it looks nice and VG+ if I were forced to grade it...But hey, you don't listen to the cover. :)
Offers: I will entertain reasonable offers, but compared with similar copies online, my asking price appears be quite fair as-is, relative to other copies in similar or lesser condition (some are over $300). I just want it to go to a big fan and fund my own collection in the process.
Note that I’m neither a record store nor a big-time seller, so I can’t do returns or refunds (but contact me if there is a problem and maybe we can work out something).
I also don’t have a record player, so i can’t test anything.
In short, please ask questions if you have them. I’ve sold maybe 50 albums on eBay, and have had zero issues, but sometimes fine print is helpful.
Shipped with USPS Media Mail, with the vinyl separated from the cover to avoid seam splits.
