The White Album . 1968 . TRUE 1st press version
So , here we have Disc #2 VG +( sides 3&4) with matrix # A34 . That means : TRUE FIRST PRESS which started after the rejection of the compressed version * You can't get the lower matrix number because the first 33 batches were taken out of production by request of George Harrison ( I've made a long story short here )
Disc #1 G + ( sides 1 & 2 ) has matrix : J43/J44
ALL 7 ERRORS on the labels make this album stand out from a crowd as well !
Jacket : VG + condition . Intact . Some invisible tape along the seams . LOW NUMBER : 0623710 Inners : original . paper white Poster + photos : EX condition . Some small splits on a poster . EX photos .
Vinyls : VG overall . Side 2 has long scratch ( pictured ) . All sides have some visual hairlines . Playback is fine. No skips. Sounds loud and clear .WE did NOTICED 2 small pops on "JULIA" song ( side 2 w scratch ) .It's still VERY GOOD CONDITION for 60 years old album!
* Vinyl imperfections reflected in price .Recent sale of similar WA version ( EX ) was around $900 .....
