'WHITE ALBUM'
1968 UK 1st *MONO* PRESSING DOUBLE LP
*100% COMPLETE WITH RARE PHOTO SPACER*
This excellent UK mono first pressing on the dark green Apple labels - PMC 7067/8
All labels carry the 'Sold in UK..' text and 'Apple Records...' rim texts.
All labels show the 'An E.M.I. Recording' statement.
There is no tax/price code is visible on any label.
House in a fully laminated top loading 'Garrod & Lofthouse' cover numbered: No.0221225.
100% complete with original matt black inners, four 'thick' card colour photos, matt poster and white photo spacer.
Matrix numbers: XEX 709-1, 710-1, 711-1, 712-1
Stamper numbers: 1/G, 4/MG, 2/AH, 4/HH
Cover: EXCELLENT
The thinner card stock cover retains a good 'whiteness' and high gloss laminate which displays just a few light creases.
The top opening edge shows slight wear as a result of record removal but no tears or major damage.
The bottom right corner is slightly bruised but the others are sharp, clean and unworn. The inside is near perfect with no wear whatsoever.
The spine is in excellent shape with an unsplit laminate and therefore all the text is clean and readable.

Visual & Audio: VERY GOOD PLUS
All surfaces are very clean and retain their deep gloss shine, showing just a few light hairline scratches and wispy sleeve removal marks under direct light.
There are no large scuffs or deep, feelable scratches/marks on any side.
Although frequently played, all sides play through well without any hiss, clicks, pops, jumps or repeats.
There is intermittant light wear evident on some peaks and during some quieter passages but no major audible faults.
Both discs lie 100% flat on the turntable with no dishing or warping.
