Description
On offer is a 1968 Original Top Loader, Flip Back, Copy of the Beatles White Album in Stereo PCS 7067/8 (YEX 709, 710, 711, 712).
Vinyl - Disk One - Does not have the 'An EMI Recording' on the label indicating an earlier press (Disk 2 does however, this was the standard on the early stereo press, one with, one without. The Disk has lots of minor hairlines, but plays really well, with reasonably quiet run-ins and perhaps some light background noise in the quieter parts, No nasty Pops or Clicks, No skips, sticking or jumping, No 'feelable' marks to the vinyl. VG to VG+
Etchings - Side 1 - YEX 709-1, Stamper OT (4), Side 2 - YEX 710 -1 Stamper OL (3).
Disk Two - This one does state 'An EMI Recording' on label, correcting the earlier omission. The Disk has lots of minor hairlines, but plays really well, with reasonably quiet run-ins and perhaps some light background noise in the quieter parts, There is a light repetitive click at the beginning of 'Mother Natures Son' but other than that, No nasty Pops or Clicks, No skips, sticking or jumping, No 'feelable' marks to the vinyl. VG to VG+
Etchings - Side 3 - YEX711-1 Stamper TM (4), Side 4 - YEX712-1 Stamper TD (2).
Labels - Dark Apple labels, all in good condition, showing some spindle marks
Cover - The correct top opener, flip back construction. Well used but solid, displaying stamped number (no 'stereo' stamp on rear), generally yellowed, with rubbing to the corners, a small split at the bottom of the first compartment ,and cracking l loss of lamination to the spine.
No Poster, Image Cards, or Black Inners. What you see in the pictures is what you get.

All-in-all, a good playing pair of original records, by no means perfect, but great sounding 'everyday' player that wont break the bank.
