CONDITION
Disc 1
Labels: NEAR MINT
Visual: Side 1: NEAR MINT Side 2: EXCELLENT
Both sides are superbly clean, bright and glossy. Side 1 is pristine & totally unmarked whereas side 2 bears just 2 long fingernail scuff lines. However, there are no further marks or any scratches elsewhere in daylight or directly under halogen light.
Audio: NEAR MINT
This disc has recieved just a few plays on top quality equipment and all tracks play without any traces of playwear. There is no background niose, crackle or indeed any clicks or pops anywhere. Usually problem areas such as the introduction to 'Dear Prudence' and 'Martha My Dear' are clean and unworn, as are the delicate 'Blackbrid' and 'Julia'.
Disc 2
Labels: MINT
No spindle marks to either side.
Visual: NEAR MINT
This pristine, possibly unplayed disc has absolutely no marks or wear in daylight and only a few barely visible inner-sleeve storage marks on side 3 but no scuffs, scratches or blemishes anywhere.
Audio: NEAR MINT
This wonderful sounding disc has hardly, if ever, been played. All tracks play cleanly and clearly with no clicks, pops, background noise or any trace of groovewear distortion anywhere. You will not be disappointed with this copy.
Cover
EXCELLENT +
A strong, clean and most importantly, white example which bears just a hint of handling & storagewear but no significant or major faults. The front panel is clean, unscratched and glossy with just a single 'thumbnail' creases towards the front opening edge but the laminate around the raised 'The Beatles' wording is fully intact and unsplit. The inside of the gatefold 'as new'. The rear panel is just as clean as the front and bears just two small 'thumbnail' wrinkles. All corners and top-opening edges are clean and undamaged. The spine is clean, unsquashed and despite some laminate split, is 100% readable. All seams are strong and unsplit and there is no writing or any other major faults anywhere on this highly respectable example.
