UK Beatles record from 1967 in great condition

Matrix numbers: XEX-637-1/XEX-638-1
The record is graded as Mint-. Heavy and shiny vinyl ! NOT the typical scratched copy ! Only a few light surface marks. The record is 100% flat and plays without skips or sticks.
The Cover is in VG+ condition. Only light marks from, aging and usage (please see attached pictures) but NO hand writing or tears. No major faults. A few laminate creases. Light corner and spine wear. Garrod&Lofthouse flipbackcover.
The labels are free from any unwanted hand writing or sticker. Graded as EX+, only because of spindle marks. With KT tax code and "Sold in UK subject to resale ..." on label. Yellow&Black Parlophone. Gramophone rim.
The cut out is in Near Mint condition.
The original red&white innersleeve (created by The Fool) is in good VG+ condition. Only VG+ because of a writing on on side. No tears.
