This is the original sleeve only (no record) for Strawberry Fields Forever / Penny Lane
I bought this (and 1 other) from an old Redifusion TV shop in the 70s who had a rack of sleeves with no records in them that they were clearing out so I doubt this sleeve has ever housed a record as it has no ringwear whatsoever
There are no splits, no writing and no grubby marks around the opening.
You should note that there is some light creasing here and there that the camera struggles to pick up, though pic 1 (bottom right) and pic 2 (bottom left) show the same one. Nothing worrying!
