Beatles "Something New" UK Parlophone CPCS 101 Rare Export Issue 1965
This is an extremely rare issue of this US-only Beatles album, pressed in the UK for 'export' sale on US military bases in Europe and other locations in 1965. It bears the Parlophone label and the familiar Garrod & Lofthouse UK jacket style with a glossy front and exterior flaps on the back, and has the original EMI generic inner sleeve with instructions on how to care for your records - ironic since this one looks like it's been through a trainwreck!
Overall condition is P:
Unfortunately this particular copy is in POOR condition - the cover, LP and original inner sleeve have all been severely mistreated to the point where I didn't even want to play the LP to test it.
Please examine the photos carefully and understand that you are not bidding on this particular piece for listening pleasure - rather it can be a collection placeholder until a better copy comes along, or just one of those cool things that is rarely seen and is fun to own regardless of condition (that was my motivation - I rescued it on its way to disposal in the late '70s).
