THE BEATLES - 'SOMETHING NEW'
This scarce 1st German MONO pressing dates from September 1964 and was the last Beatles LP to be released in mono there
It is on the green & white Odeon label: O 83756
Machine stamped matrix numbers: XBEX 50059-1 & XBEX 50060-1
Vinyl weight: 163g
Housed within a fully laminated German printed mono cover.

Labels: EXCELLENT -
Both are clean & bright with a little wear to each centre hole and 4 tiny pen marks on each track-listing.
Visual: GOOD
Both playing surfaces are clean & glossy but display numerous wispy marks & hairlines consistent with careless/frequent play. There is also a heavier scuff on side 2 which is just 'feelable'. Both sides lie 100% flat on the turntable when playing.
Sound Quality: VERY GOOD
This copy has been played many times and there is some low-level crackle 'And I Love Her' along with some light and moderate clicks elsewhere. However, it is still a comfortable listen and without any major audible faults.
Cover: EXCELLENT
A fine example which retains unscratched & unworn high-gloss front & rear panels, free from any 'thumbnails' or any other significant traces of wear. There is slight touch-up to the lower two corners & just a hint of wear to each opening edge. The rear panel has some moderate age-toning but is otherwise clean & unmarked. Both seams are smooth & unstressed and the spine is clean & fully worded. No original inner-sleeve is present.
