Description

The Beatles Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band One Box EMI 1969 Original in MONO.

This last 60's Edition was available for a very short while before being deleted. Some say you had to specially order these mono's and weren't ordinarily available in the shops at the time. That's why these are so rare.

Comes complete with the original correct Serpia Printed Inner Sleeve, advertising Sgt. Pepper amongst others in Excellent Condition.

Record has only been played a handful of times, as I can only barely see 2 very very feint spindle marks.

Vinyl has some wispy sleeve removal marks which I couldn't get to show in any of the pictures, otherwise pretty much mint but shall class as Ex to be on the safeside.

Labels are nice and clean. No writing anywhere and are like mint also.

The machine stamped matrix and stampers are:

MATRIX SIDE ONE:  XEX 637-1N   STAMPERS: 6 MPR

MATRIX SIDE TWO:  XEX 638-1N  STAMPERS: 0,1 MOA

Correct "mono" Cover in VG+ only due to a few laminate creases and a couple of splits etc. These standard mono covers are not that rare so could be upgraded easily to match the vinyl. As is, I'd grade it as a 8.5/10
