Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band 1st Press
This really was the birth of progressive rock! It was the Beatles' 9th Lp and what an imapact it had. and still does have. Released on the 1st of June 1967, the album reached number 1 across the board, staying at number 1 for 23 weeks!! With a total of 148 weeks in the charts!!

Vinyl: VG+ Has the dull sheen and is as flat as the day it was bought. Just light visible marks to the vinyl, with faint, whispy marks to both sides. Just finished listening to side 1 and there's just a small amount of background crackle, which would be reduced with a professional clean...The marks have little effect.
Labels: VG. Not many spindle marks evident when angled to the light, but a fair bit of hole wear to both sides...Please see the detailed photo's...Pen marks to one side and hole wear.. "KT" tax code to side 1. "The Gramophone Co. Ltd..." rim text "Sold in the UK" central statement.
Inner Sleeve: EX. It is a period white inner with "Made In Great Britain" printed on her. In superb condition too...With just a little number in pen to one corner.
Cut-Outs: Near Mint. Nothing else needs to be said!!!
Cover: VG- The front cover is still lovely and bright, as is the back cover and the inner picture. The down side is rubbing to some areas of the spine, HOWEVER the majority of the title is still legible..There is a 2.5cm split to the spine. Some slight knocks and wear to the corners. Small amounts of spidering to the front and back as well as a 2cmX1cm loss of the back. I am being incredibly critical as well as honest as possible, PLEASE SEE THE DETAILED PHOTO'S **********************************************
