A COMPLETE and RESPECTABLE all round example RARE EXAMPLE of The Beatles ICONIC Album 'Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band' released by Parlophone UK in 1967.
The FIRST ISSUE **MONO** VINYL LP is on the traditional Black & Yellow Parlophone Label, with Gramophone Co Ltd label rim, With Sold in the UK and With Made in Gt. Britain label text.
The official stamped trail out groove matrixes are Side 1: XEX 637-1/Side 2: Matrix: XEX 638-1.
Side 1 stampers are 6/MM0 Side 2 stampers: 7/MAT.
The Vinyl Disc comes in its ORIGINAL Flame Pink and White inner bag which is in VERY GOOD PLUS condition, the inner sleeve inner has small seam splits to all three edges,and shows some age toning, the ORIGINAL and UNUSED Sgt Pepper Cut-Out is in NEAR MINT condition.
The album is protected in its ORIGINAL Laminated Garrod & Lofthouse Internal Flip back MONO GATEFOLD Sleeve.
Both sides of the Record Labels are in CLEAN EXCELLENT PLUS condition,with the side 2 omitting the song credit to A DAY IN THE LIFE.with just a few faint spider trails around the centre holes, and NO fading to thr yellow and silver text. Both sides of the Vinyl Disc are in EXCELLENT condition, CLEAN and BRIGHT Vinyl, with only light surface hairlines, there are NO deep scratches or scuffs to the vinyl surfaces.
The Original first Issue LAMINATED MONO Garrod & Lofthouse Gatefold sleeve is in EXCELLENT condition a respectable MONO sleeve, showing a couple of small corner bruises, and very mild record indentation, the inside of the Gatefold Sleeve is in Very Nice EXCELLENT PLUS condition. The spine edge is UNDAMAGED and the wording 'Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band' clear and legible
.The Original Sgt Pepper Cut-Out is COMPLETE and in NEAR MINT UNUSED condition, and the Original Made in Gt Britain Flame Coloured Inner Bag is in VERY GOOD PLUS condition, just some light creasing and a small seam splits to all three edges.
Both sides of the vinyl disc play EXTREMELY WELL throughout, a nice clear MONO sound with the mildest of background crackle, with NO skips or clicks.
A VERY NICE, COMPLETE Example of this ICONIC Beatles UK First Issue MONO Release WITHOUT the song title label credit for the John Lennon song A Day in the Life.
