1965 UK *MONO* PRESSING LP
**NEAR MINT**
This NEAR MINT 1965 UK mono pressing is on the black & yellow Parlophone label: PMC 1267
Both labels include the 'Sold in UK..' text & 'Gramophone Co..' rims.
The 'KT' tax/price code is visible on the side 1 label.
Housed in a thick card, front laminated, tri-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed mono cover.
Complete with its original 'Use Emitex' rice paper lined inner-sleeve.
Matrix numbers: XEX 579-4 & XEX 580-1
Stamper numbers: 3/GAA & 4,8/GPH

Both surfaces are in pristine 'as new' condition with absolutely no marks or scratches to either side when viewed in strong direct daylight .
Close inspection directly under a halogen desk lamp reveals just a few barely visible wispy inner-sleeve removal hairlines but no other wear whatsoever.
Pressed on very thick vinyl which lies 100% flat on the turntable on both sides with no signs of dishing or warping.
Audio: NEAR MINT
This outstanding copy has recieved just a few careful plays on top quality equipment and I am please to report that the sound is perfect throughout.
All tracks play and sound 'as new' with no traces of wear audible anywhere - even 'Michelle' is totally clear & unworn.
Both run-ins & all bands play silently without any interference.
You will struggle to find a better copy.

As with the stereo copy I have also listed this week, I have no hesitation in giving this outstanding example a Mint grading.
It really is in perfect condition all round and looks as if it has just left the shop.
The front panel has no storagewear, disc impression, scratching or any 'thumbnails' creases whatsoever.
All corners are sharp and unbruised & the opening edges front & rear are untouched.
The rear panel is pristine clean & bright white with no toning, marks or blemishes.
All flipbacks are in perfect condition & the seams are unstressed & unsplit.
The spine is totally unbent and is in perfect condition.
This disc has been carefully audibly graded in their entirety on a Rega P9 deck fitted with a Shelter 901 cartridge.
